Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will actively participate in various project phases such as problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment. The role involves conducting extensive research including literature reviews, vendor evaluations, and public domain information to explore alternative solutions and develop proof of concepts (POCs). You will also be responsible for translating business needs into requirement specifications, defining future state processes, and creating detailed functional designs.
Supporting the configuration of solution requirements on various products, you will diagnose and troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and evaluating solution alternatives. Additionally, you will contribute to both unit-level and broader organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions that add significant value to customers. This position is ideal for those passionate about helping clients advance their digital transformation journeys.
