Job description
Position Overview
The role focuses on verifying financial data for accuracy, managing computerized financial records, and ensuring the security of cash according to company policies. Additionally, the incumbent will organize and maintain confidential files, prepare and audit various financial and payroll reports, and reconcile all revenue postings.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in financial figures, postings, and documents through diligent checks.
- Maintain and analyze computerized financial information securely.
- Manage cash and cash equivalents strictly adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Organize, protect, and maintain files in line with document retention and confidentiality guidelines.
- Prepare, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, payroll, and other relevant reports and data tables.
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings accurately.
- Adhere to company safety, security, and operational policies, including reporting hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and privacy of company assets and guests.
- Provide courteous guest interaction as per company standards, including assistance to guests with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in written form, including proper telephone etiquette.
- Foster positive workplace relationships and support team objectives.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
- Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds as part of job functions.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks as directed by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
