Position Overview

This role goes beyond simply providing guests with clean rooms and freshly made beds. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the entire hotel. Duties include managing guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring all spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will have the authority to navigate your workspace and address needs proactively. Key responsibilities include attending to guest requests, upholding safety standards, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, delivering quality service, and presenting a professional appearance in uniform and communication. Physical demands include standing, sitting, and walking for long periods, as well as handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The position is full-time and non-management, based at the Marriott hotel located on Dibba Road in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
