The role involves contributing to a major new airport construction project in Saudi Arabia, which aims to become a global exemplar in aviation experience and expects to handle 120 million passengers by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools within the Supplier Quality Project Management Information System (PMIS).
  • Design and update automated dashboards tracking Supplier Quality Index (SQI), Approved Critical Supplier List (ACSL), Non-Conformance Report (NCR) trends, repeated infractions, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) metrics, source inspection status, adherence to schedules, and supplier risk exposure.
  • Manage and govern the SQI system and its scoring methods.
  • Supervise supplier prequalification processes, physical assessments, and approval decisions.
  • Administer the Approved Critical Supplier List, including adding new suppliers, conducting reassessment cycles (biennial or performance-driven), and making hold or revocation decisions.
  • Enforce hold actions for suppliers with SQI below 70% and oversee development and execution of recovery plans.
  • Review and approve inspection level assignments ranging from IL1 to IL4.
  • Govern the Procurement Quality Risk Management System and maintain the risk register.
  • Lead escalation decisions if supplier performance declines.
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks such as QMS X, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to enforce governance and initiate continuous improvement measures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 15 years of experience in areas including Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, EPC Quality Governance, or managing quality for large-scale projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; a master's degree in a similar area is advantageous.
  • Preferred professional certifications include ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Power BI PL-300, PMIS or digital systems certification, or equivalents.

Workplace Values and Culture

  • Prioritizing safety to ensure every employee returns home healthy.
  • Commitment to client satisfaction by delivering on promises and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Upholding integrity by doing what is right and complying with industry regulations.
  • Fostering growth opportunities through continuous improvements and supporting team development.
  • Emphasizing diversity and inclusion in hiring and workplace culture.
