Role Overview

The Operations Director position is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of THAT Corporate, including planning, coordination, and enhancement of internal processes and workflows. The Director will lead the execution of operational strategies, manage resource distribution, and ensure that projects and advisory services are delivered efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and refining operational frameworks to support business goals.
• Managing budgets and overseeing reporting mechanisms.
• Supporting business development activities operationally.
• Working closely with leadership to align operational priorities with organizational objectives.
• Mentoring and developing team members to enhance performance.
• Implementing performance evaluation and quality assurance systems.
• Driving continuous improvement across internal services and systems.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operations management, including process design, workflow optimization, and tracking performance metrics.
• Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, human resources, organizational development, or comparable sectors.
• Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior leadership and diverse clients.
• Prior experience working in or with organizations within the GCC and familiarity with regional business and cultural norms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields; advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Al Khobar with adaptability to support regional engagements as necessary.
