Role Overview
This opportunity is for a full-time hairstylist based at physical locations throughout the United Arab Emirates. The main duties involve delivering expert hair styling services, such as cutting, coloring, and specialized treatments designed to meet individual client preferences and hair characteristics.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their styling desires and hair care requirements.
- Recommend appropriate haircuts, colors, and maintenance routines tailored to various hair types.
- Ensure rigorous hygiene and safety protocols are consistently upheld within the salon setting.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with salon team members to ensure a friendly and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Proven technical expertise in hair styling and cosmetology, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hair care products and health maintenance practices appropriate for diverse hair types.
- Exceptional customer service skills emphasizing client satisfaction, professionalism, and attentive responsiveness.
- Strong communication abilities, including active listening skills to better address client needs.
- Previous salon experience within a dynamic and multicultural environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional widely spoken UAE languages is advantageous.
