Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on complex project needs through clear analyses and suggest corrective measures.
• Lead the planning and scheduling for projects and programs of medium to high complexity.
• Manage planning, scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and wider project controls to improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and use numerical and statistical analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist senior leadership in negotiations, contract creation, due diligence, and business development.
• Collaborate actively towards achieving net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing emissions throughout project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• A relevant degree or comparable experience in construction, program, project, or commercial management.
• Progress toward professional chartership with a recognized body and commitment to ongoing development.
• Expertise in schedule management tools and software.
• Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with tangible results and best practice integration.
• Strong understanding and application of laws and regulations within complex organizational contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with analytical expertise and the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
• Valid visa qualifications for Saudi Arabia and relevant experience on high-value projects/programs within a project management consultancy, necessary for immigration and client approval.
