Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership by managing project tasks and deliverables accurately and timely alongside project and client teams.
• Oversee project budgets, highlight risks and mitigation strategies, and sustain long-term function and business unit growth.
• Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and positive impact consistent with company values.
• Lead design and consultant teams collaboratively to achieve strategic KPIs and project goals.
• Leverage internal knowledge centers and networks to innovate and apply best practices in project delivery.
• Develop and maintain organizational standards, governance, and procedures for 4D planning and schedule simulation.
• Define 4D requirements in BIM Execution Plans, project delivery standards, and digital protocols, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and company BIM criteria.
• Establish quality control for integrating models and schedules, and coordinate creation and upkeep of 4D models combining BIM and project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Generate construction sequencing, logistics simulations, and visualize project phasing.
• Validate scheduling logic through model-based simulation to identify conflicts and risks in sequencing and delivery.
• Support evaluation of alternative construction approaches, recovery plans; produce animations, time slices, and visual simulations for project and executive presentations.
• Collaborate closely with BIM managers, project controls, GIS specialists, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable 4D project environments.
• Manage multidisciplinary model aggregation for district and precinct-wide planning, ensuring data consistency across models, schedules, and reporting platforms.
• Facilitate workshops on construction sequencing, interfaces, accessibility, operations, and logistics planning.
• Produce dashboards, executive reports, visual materials, and communications for stakeholders and governance reviews.
• Assist integration of 4D data with Power BI and digital twin initiatives when applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and develop 4D planners, BIM coordinators, and digital delivery teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth.
• Continuously improve 4D workflows, tools, and automation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Preferred qualifications include professional BIM and Project Controls certifications and ISO 19650 certification.
• Membership in professional organizations such as RICS, CIOB, PMI, AACE, ICE, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Significant experience in BIM, digital engineering, construction planning, and project controls, especially leading 4D planning and simulation on large infrastructure or mixed-use projects.
• Expertise managing BIM data across multidisciplinary teams and demonstrated work on complex mega-projects and multi-package developments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Synchro Pro, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, Revizto, Civil 3D, with Unreal Engine considered a plus.
• Experience using Power BI and Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Strong knowledge of 4D sequencing, construction simulation, information management (especially ISO 19650), project controls, logistics planning, schedule analysis, risk management, data visualization, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
