Your Impact

In this consulting role, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and McKinsey teams to develop transformative industry and national programs. You will contribute to aiding organizations in sectors including oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, retail, banking, and finance, among others, across Australian and New Zealand offices.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record, or higher qualifications such as Masters, MBA, or PhD.
• At least five years of proven business management experience demonstrating a track record of substantial accomplishments in reputable companies or institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of major industries such as oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, public sector, government agencies, law, engineering, healthcare, banking, and finance.
• Strong functional expertise in areas like strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales.
• Advanced problem-solving capability to unravel complex challenges.
• Excellent logical and creative thinking skills coupled with quantitative aptitude.
• Proactive mindset eager to pioneer new initiatives, create opportunities, and accept personal risks.
