About the Role
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking Associate Agency Development Managers to join their Agency Channel team based in Delhi-NCR. This full-time position offers a monthly salary in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹41,000 with additional performance incentives. Candidates must have completed graduation and possess at least six months of sales experience. Applicants aged between 18 and 32 years are eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors and agents.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with agents.
- Provide training and motivation to agents to help them meet business objectives.
- Drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Perform field visits and engage with customers directly.
- Monitor agent performance to support business expansion.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum of six months of sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Comfort with field sales and target-driven environments.
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, or field sales sectors is advantageous.
- Age between 18 to 32 years to be eligible.
