Associate Sales Manager

About the Role

The role is for an Associate Sales Manager who will energize and drive insurance sales via the Banca Channel. This position entails collaborating closely with bank branch staff and customers to generate and convert leads into sales, while meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop insurance business through bank branches in the Banca Channel.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with bank employees and customers.
• Collaborate with bank staff to generate quality leads and convert them successfully.
• Meet or exceed established monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Hold meetings with customers to present appropriate insurance products.
• Follow up diligently on leads to ensure timely sales closure.
• Maintain consistent communication with assigned bank branches.
• Ensure all documentation and internal processes comply with company standards.
• Monitor sales results and report progress to management regularly.
• Focus on retaining customers and managing ongoing relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
• Preference given to those with experience in Banca Sales or Bancassurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong skills in sales, relationship nurturing, and negotiation.
• A target-driven attitude with self-motivation.
• Graduate-level education is preferred.
