Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager specializing in life insurance to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating policy explanations and onboarding between clients and advisors, and leading sales teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance advisors to facilitate clear understanding of policies and smooth onboarding process.
- Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring targets and client satisfaction are met.
Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Possess at least minimal sales experience (exact years not specified).
- Age between 23 and 40 years.
- Must have personal transportation: two-wheeler or car.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation package up to INR 500000 per annum plus incentives.
