Associate Sales Manager - Bancassurance

About the Role

We seek a motivated Associate Sales Manager to lead and expand Life Insurance sales via the Bancassurance channel in Mumbai. This role demands building lasting partnerships with bank personnel and successfully guiding potential customers through the insurance purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Life Insurance policies exclusively through collaboration with bank branches.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with bank branch staff to facilitate business growth.
• Identify, generate, and convert leads assigned through partner banks.
• Meet and exceed established monthly and annual sales goals.
• Coordinate seamlessly with bank employees for business development and customer engagement.
• Maintain frequent follow-ups with clients to ensure the conversion of quotes to finalized policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation alongside regular sales reporting.

Eligibility and Criteria

• Possess at least one year of experience specifically in Operating Agency (OA) or Bancassurance.
• Have a minimum of one year experience in Life Insurance sales.
• Age bracket between 25 and 35 years.
• Must own and be willing to use a motorcycle for official travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities essential.
• Applicants should be prepared to work in assigned locations within Mumbai, including Malad, Powai, Santacruz, and Mazgaon.

Compensation

The maximum annual cost to company (CTC) offered is ₹4,25,000.
