About the Role
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Sales Manager based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires a graduate candidate with at least two years of sales experience and age between 23 and 40 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams and acting as a liaison between clients and advisors for policy explanations and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between clients and insurance advisors to ensure clear understanding of policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Lead and manage sales teams effectively to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Graduate education is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Must be aged between 23 and 40 years.
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler or car for commuting.
Compensation
The total compensation package can go up to INR 500,000 per annum plus incentives.
Additional Information
Applicants should be prepared to manage client relationships and leadership duties simultaneously.
