Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline staff, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with an emphasis on reducing shrinkage and damage.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent through comprehensive training and mentorship, fostering an engaging and supportive workplace culture.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes; contribute input into succession planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and service goals; coordinate loss prevention measures and optimize store layout and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven capability to lead and motivate large teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the aptitude to influence, provide constructive feedback, and mentor staff.
• Knowledgeable in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention, with a focus on thorough execution of initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $48,592.50 to $68,029.50 per year, subject to factors including skills and experience.
