Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role is dynamic, offering daily challenges and growth potential in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance store performance through monitoring sales, controlling expenses, and managing critical operations such as merchandising, backroom, cash handling, customer service, markdowns, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop store Associates, acting as a mentor and role model to build a positive, engaging workplace atmosphere.
• Communicate and execute action plans relating to projects, company initiatives, and store changes, providing input for succession planning.
• Drive strategies to meet sales, financial, and customer service goals while coordinating loss prevention and operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of leadership experience in retail management, preferably as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills paired with excellent communication and feedback abilities.
• Expertise in store operations, merchandising, customer service, health and safety, loss prevention, and a commitment to follow through on initiatives.

Starting pay ranges from $22.70 to $23.20 per hour, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
