About the Role
Step into a pivotal leadership position as an Assistant Store Manager with Antojitos Mexicanos La Jefa, where you'll drive sales performance and contribute to the success of a trusted retail automotive brand. This role involves close collaboration with the Store Manager, taking on hands-on leadership responsibilities to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and efficiently run store environment.
- Boost sales through proactive product promotion, upselling, and achievement of sales targets.
- Provide expert advice to customers on automotive parts and accessories.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team on the shop floor.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and handling deliveries.
- Support daily operational leadership alongside the Store Manager.
- Assume full responsibility for store operations during the Store Manager’s absence.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in retail leadership or assistant management roles.
- Strong customer service abilities and a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
- Skill in coaching and motivating team members effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory, stock management, and retail operations.
- Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, proactive approach and eagerness to continue learning.
