Overview
More Retail Private Limited, an Amazon-affiliated company, is expanding its operations in North Karnataka and is open to recruiting experienced retail professionals. They are inviting candidates with backgrounds not only in supermarket and grocery operations but also from apparel, fashion, quick-service restaurants (QSR), lifestyle, and other retail sectors who have demonstrated leadership and operational management skills.
Principal Duties
- Oversee the daily functioning of the store, including managing shifts and allocating team members effectively
- Boost sales performance, enhance customer service experiences, and ensure achievement of store key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supervise inventory control, merchandising strategies, billing accuracy, and minimize losses through shrinkage management
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Address customer complaints professionally and guide team members towards improved performance
- Conduct independent shift management and prepare fundamental operational reports
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Two to three years or more of experience working in retail or supermarket store operations
- Preference for candidates with supermarket or grocery experience; however, applicants from other retail sectors with solid team management experience will also be considered
- Minimum educational qualification requirement is basic education
Workplace and Selection Details
The position requires in-person work based in North Karnataka.
Applicants will undergo an online test followed by either an in-person or online interview.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary range is between INR 20,000 and INR 24,000. Additional benefits include provident fund (PF) contributions.
