Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) to work alongside the Store Leader, playing a key role in management and leadership. This full-time position offers valuable leadership experience, competitive compensation, and immediate hiring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support customer service initiatives, training, and coaching of all store employees jointly with the Store Leader.
• Maintain high employee retention by recruiting qualified candidates, developing future leaders, motivating staff, and enhancing productivity.
• Assist with execution of merchandising and marketing strategies within the store.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions competently and promote the store's loyalty program.
• Ensure the store’s cleanliness and safety by adhering to health and sanitation standards and keeping all products well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous supervisory or retail management experience required; high school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory if experience qualifies.
• Valid driver’s license and maintained automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, along with proficient interpersonal abilities.
• Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel, are necessary.
• Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $24.25.
