• Formulate and implement focused sales strategies by assessing hotel performance and market conditions to draft business plans and marketing campaigns that fulfill demand and achieve sales objectives.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including preparing proposals, conducting site tours, negotiating contract terms, and finalizing agreements customized to client requirements while optimizing revenue.
• Handle booking coordination, addressing client needs regarding accommodations, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensure precise and timely recording of account and reservation data within the hotel's sales management system.
