• Provide guests with insightful recommendations and manage arrangements involving dining, transport, events, tours, and nearby attractions.
• Arrange special amenities and services, including medical assistance, childcare, floral deliveries, and other personalized client requests.
• Handle guest communications efficiently by managing messages, packages, mail, and faxes.
• Support high-profile guests by ensuring smooth registration and offering superior service.
• Promote the hotel's services and amenities by sharing relevant marketing materials and encouraging their use among guests.
