Job Overview

As a Spa Therapist at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by providing professional massage and body treatments. Your efforts help create memorable stays by extending warmth and care to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Hilton Training sessions and monthly departmental meetings as required.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the spa and department.
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly to the Front Office Manager.
• Support operational activities as requested by the Front Office Manager.
• Stay knowledgeable about current and upcoming hotel services.
• Adhere strictly to departmental budget goals, optimizing revenue while controlling expenses.
• Deliver efficient guest service from arrival to departure, including booking, modifying, and cancelling appointments as well as upselling retail products.
• Manage massage reservation scheduling accurately and handle billing and postings for spa and retail services; promptly report discrepancies.
• Clearly explain spa treatments and package options to guests.
• Warmly welcome guests and staff following brand standards.
• Preserve the quality and cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, restrooms, and treatment areas including steam and sauna rooms.
• Manage beverage and fruit stations by setting up, breaking down, stocking water and other refreshments.
• Assist guests and staff by providing personal training sessions when necessary.
• Oversee the fitness center, ensuring proper functioning of equipment, coordinating maintenance and updates with vendors.
• Ensure audio-visual equipment remains in good condition.
• Orient guests with the fitness facility and provide personalized guest service.
