Role Overview
Join our hospitality team and brighten the experience of every guest as a General Cleaner - Steward. Your role is central to maintaining the cleanliness and order of our kitchen and dining facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment through attentive care and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all serviceware including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are spotless and presentable
- Monitor and manage inventory levels by organizing and replenishing supplies and equipment necessary for smooth daily operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas by performing regular mopping and waste removal
- Assist in event preparation by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and other functions
- Provide mentorship and training to new team members, fostering improved performance and teamwork
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory standards covering health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness to safeguard guests and staff welfare
