Role Purpose

The Concierge position plays a multifaceted and dynamic role, acting not only as an information resource but also as a diplomat, sales representative, ticket coordinator, hotel ambassador, and public relations specialist. Delivering service with politeness, speed, and friendliness, the primary goal is to consistently surpass guest expectations and ensure their experience is completely satisfying. The Concierge also supports the smooth operation of bell services and transportation logistics within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively anticipate and address guest needs, responding to inquiries to ensure full guest satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities and services as well as detailed familiarity with the surrounding area to better assist guests.
• Manage and supervise bell operations and coordinate transportation arrangements to streamline guest services.
