Role Summary

We are seeking a committed and meticulous Housekeeping Runner to join our dedicated housekeeping team. This role plays a vital part in upholding the highest cleanliness and service quality standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Attendants by delivering guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping materials promptly to designated locations.
• Facilitate the preparation and replenishment of housekeeping carts and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and various housekeeping items as needed.
• Keep storage spaces and service corridors clean and organized for smooth workflow.
• Communicate any maintenance problems, lost and found items, or guest concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to all hotel procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to both guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or the hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Good communication abilities paired with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Capable of collaborating efficiently within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a readiness to support daily housekeeping operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.
