Job Overview
The Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at reinforcing the resort's brand image, increasing visibility, boosting revenue, and supporting occupancy and guest engagement targets. This position includes managing digital marketing, social media, campaigns, partnerships, content creation, public relations, and promotional efforts, all aligned with the resort’s luxury branding and business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute an annual marketing strategy and action plan matching the organization's objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and identify growth opportunities to enhance brand recognition and revenue.
- Maintain and oversee the marketing calendar, including campaigns, promotions, and activations.
- Keep track of competitors and offer strategic advice to sustain a competitive market stance.
- Lead digital marketing efforts spanning social media, search engines, email, websites, and relevant platforms.
- Create captivating content highlighting the resort’s accommodations, dining, wellness, leisure, and events.
- Manage social media schedules, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement activities.
- Evaluate digital campaign performance continuously and optimize based on analytics and ROI metrics.
- Guarantee consistent brand standard application across all marketing channels and guest interactions.
- Develop diverse marketing materials including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, maintain media relationships, draft press releases, and organize media visits.
- Establish and nurture connections with media, influencers, tourism bodies, and strategic partners.
- Devise and implement seasonal, tactical, and promotional campaigns targeted to increase bookings and revenue.
- Form alliances and partnerships with travel agencies, lifestyle brands, corporate entities, influencers, and other vital stakeholders.
- Oversee cooperative marketing ventures and assess their effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and promotion of resort events, special occasions, activations, and entertainment offerings.
- Develop marketing initiatives to maximize event attendance, guest engagement, and financial returns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of marketing activities.
- Administer the marketing budget ensuring effective use of resources.
- Track key metrics such as campaign results, lead generation, engagement, bookings, and return on investment.
- Deliver régulière marketing performance reports with actionable recommendations to management.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Food & Beverage, Events, and other teams to align marketing goals with commercial outcomes.
- Manage and collaborate with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and marketing vendors.
- Mentor and guide marketing team members to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrable success managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Strong expertise in social media management, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and digital analytics.
- Experience liaising with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic collaborators.
- High commercial awareness combined with knowledge pertaining to hospitality marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
