Role Overview

Within the Kitchen Department, the Chef de Partie is entrusted with upholding the quality, creativity, and diversity of culinary offerings, ensuring an outstanding food and beverage experience that distinguishes the hotel locally. Specifically, the Chef de Partie on the pastry section oversees the preparation and presentation of all dishes in that area. This role demands extensive expertise in pastry as well as a broad understanding of culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all culinary creations within the pastry section.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, creativity, and variety in line with the hotel's brand and market positioning.
• Follow directives from the Sous Chef and Head Chef accurately and efficiently.
• Lead and instruct team members within the pastry section to ensure smooth and effective kitchen operations.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
