Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will assist in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for the resort, aimed at enhancing brand visibility, boosting guest engagement, and driving revenue streams. The position entails managing digital marketing initiatives, social media, content creation, promotions, events, partnerships, and marketing communications, ensuring alignment with the resort’s premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to crafting and executing the annual and monthly marketing plans.
- Organize marketing campaigns, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Support creation of creative and promotional content for accommodations, dining, wellness, recreational activities, and events.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives consistent with brand guidelines.
- Track and report on competitors’ marketing tactics and market trends to management.
- Manage the resort's social media channels and content scheduling.
- Generate engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate with creative professionals and agencies for producing marketing materials.
- Monitor social media interactions and facilitate responses to guest inquiries.
- Support and analyze digital advertising efforts.
- Assist in updating website content, email marketing, newsletters, and digital communications.
- Guarantee all marketing materials accurately represent the luxury brand and guest experience.
- Oversee production of brochures, flyers, digital banners, menus, and presentations.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of approved marketing visuals and assets.
- Proofread communications to ensure accuracy prior to release.
- Support public relations activities including media visits, influencer partnerships, and promotional collaborations.
- Coordinate media stays, familiarization trips, photoshoots, and content partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with tourism, lifestyle, media, and business stakeholders.
- Document PR coverage and track media exposure.
- Assist in promoting resort events, entertainment programs, and special activities.
- Coordinate promotional efforts and digital campaigns with event and operational teams.
- Manage marketing schedules, purchase orders, invoices, suppliers, and agency communications.
- Prepare periodic reports regarding social media analytics, digital campaigns, PR efforts, and other marketing activities.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Monitor budgets to ensure marketing expenses remain within allocations.
