Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We seek a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our clientele and create qualified sales opportunities. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, evaluating their business requirements, and presenting them with AI, SaaS, automation, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Generate, qualify, and cultivate leads effectively.
• Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately maintain lead data and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Attain monthly goals for lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR roles, or business development is preferred.
• Proficient English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting online.
• Strong abilities in follow-up and negotiation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email, and other sales platforms.
• Interest and enthusiasm for AI, SaaS, software products, or digital marketing domains.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and focused on reaching set targets.

Additional Information
