Role Overview
As an Assistant Nightfill Manager, you will undertake a vital leadership role within the Woolworths Group, focusing on managing the nightfill department. This position serves as a stepping stone into a rewarding career in retail leadership, supported by structured development programs aligned with the Store Leadership Pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote an engaging, inclusive team atmosphere that encourages authenticity and supports delivering excellent customer shopping experiences consistently.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nightfill department, ensuring alignment with store standards and collaboration across teams to maintain smooth store running.
- Model and encourage customer service excellence using Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize safety for team members and customers by ensuring all safety protocols and processes are strictly followed.
- Support the growth and development of the department team through positive collaboration and leadership.

Additional Information
This position is based onsite at Mermaid Beach, Queensland, Australia, working Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM as part of the nightfill roster.
