Work Schedule

Your shift will start at 3:00 AM and end at 11:30 AM from Tuesday to Friday, with a shorter shift finishing at 8:00 AM on Thursday and returning to the standard shift time on Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by embodying Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care, and Thank – in your work.
• Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards by maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace that is always ready for inspection.
• Provide leadership and support within your team, fostering a culture that values wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Maintain a passion for learning by regularly enhancing both your baking capabilities and leadership competencies.
• Work efficiently under pressure, managing the fast pace, physical requirements, and strict schedules of a busy bakery environment.

Requirements

• Possession of formal baking qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume bakery setting.
