Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain the designated workstream’s process flow to guarantee continuous, efficient operations aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and participate in 'swarm' activities to optimize efficiency and task completion.
- Lead and coordinate all teams to ensure shelves are filled, and deliveries are managed according to prescribed standards.
- Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching to team members to encourage professional growth and a safe working environment.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring proper shelf stocking, prioritizing shelf-friendly packaging, and addressing overstock situations effectively.
- Identify and escalate operational issues promptly to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Assume the role of Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts, actively contributing to store leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Schedule
Working hours follow the first roster option, including the following shifts:
Tuesday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in process management and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven capability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Leadership skills including task delegation, progress monitoring, coaching, feedback provision, and motivation of team members.
- In-depth understanding of compliance within operations and outstanding communication skills for clear articulation of tasks and standards.
- Consistent demonstration of behavior that aligns with the company’s values.
- Availability to work at least four weekend shifts per month and one evening shift weekly.
