Assistant Nightfill Manager

Role Overview

As an Assistant Nightfill Manager, you will support the daily operations of your department, playing a critical role in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and team members work in an engaging environment. This position offers a gateway to leadership within retail, supported by a structured Store Leadership Pathway to develop key skills and capabilities.

Shift Patterns

Two roster options are available:

• Option 1: Tuesday to Sunday, from 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM until 11:00 PM
• Option 2: Tuesday to Friday, from 2:30 PM until 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where team members can be authentic while delivering excellent shopping experiences to customers.
• Learn and exercise leadership, supporting the department team daily and collaborating with store-wide teams.
• Adhere to, and promote, safety standards to protect both the team and customers.
• Work with others to achieve store goals through cooperative efforts.
