In this role, Assistant Department Managers handle critical daily responsibilities within their departments and collaborate across the store to ensure exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities
- Exemplify and encourage team engagement by delivering excellent customer service using Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
- Prioritize safety by ensuring all team members adhere to store safety protocols for customers and staff.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of department functions to effectively support daily team activities.
- Collaborate productively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Work Schedule
The role follows a four-day work week schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance tailored to individual and business needs.
