Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview

As the Assistant Store Manager, also known as the second-in-command, you will partner with the Store Manager to enhance sales outcomes, cultivate a motivated team, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Duties

• Lead and inspire a skilled sales team to achieve targets
• Boost sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction levels
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing employee performance
• Manage department operations, including merchandising and inventory control
• Act as Store Manager's deputy during absences or as needed
• Promote a culture emphasizing responsibility, teamwork, and high standards
