Job description
Role Overview
As the Assistant Store Manager, also known as the second-in-command, you will partner with the Store Manager to enhance sales outcomes, cultivate a motivated team, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Duties
- Lead and inspire a skilled sales team to achieve targets
- Boost sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction levels
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing employee performance
- Manage department operations, including merchandising and inventory control
- Act as Store Manager's deputy during absences or as needed
- Promote a culture emphasizing responsibility, teamwork, and high standards

- Demonstrated experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong business and sales acumen
- Natural ability to coach and motivate team members
- Confident in managing and delivering performance feedback
