Role Overview
Join Woolworths Group as an Assistant Nightfill Manager, a vital stepping stone into retail leadership. This position involves overseeing the nightfill department to ensure daily functions run smoothly, while contributing significantly to the store's overall success by delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain an inclusive and engaging team atmosphere that promotes individual authenticity and exceptional shopping experiences.
- Support the department through effective leadership, gaining foundational skills necessary for career growth in retail management.
- Collaborate across departments within the store to maintain high operational standards and customer service quality.
- Maintain safety as a primary focus by enforcing proper procedures to protect both staff and customers.
Working Hours and Schedule
The role operates on a rostered schedule with shifts mainly from early afternoon to late evening, including:
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
