Assistant Manager/Manager - Cellular and RF Management

Role Overview

This position entails managing and executing technical activities in the radio frequency (RF) domain, focusing on cellular network coverage and performance evaluations, as well as RF interference resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies and analyses related to RF, including auditing and measuring cellular network coverage and performance, along with resolving RF coexistence challenges.
• Independently carry out on-site RF measurements and investigations, coordinating with government agencies, mobile network operators, partners, and the public.
• Be available to perform RF investigations beyond regular working hours when situations are urgent.
• Contribute to various RF-related projects as required.
• Handle administrative duties that support the team's core operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field with a minimum of three years' pertinent experience, or a diploma holder with over five years of relevant professional background.
• Solid understanding of the RF domain and communications system characteristics.
• Competence in using standard office productivity applications.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Being a proactive, detail-oriented team player is essential.
