Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily running of a single store by overseeing hiring processes, leading and directing staff towards achieving financial goals, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You are responsible for the overall success of your store. Comprehensive store leadership training lasting three or more weeks will prepare you for this role.

Requirements and Eligibility

• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles if necessary.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
• Food Safety certification (ServSafe) required.

Work Environment and ADA Notice

Salary

The pay range for this position is $23 to $26 per hour, varying by location and experience. Bonus opportunities exist but are not guaranteed and may be altered at any time.
