Panda Express, a leader in the restaurant industry with nearly 2,800 locations worldwide, is seeking Assistant Managers to join its store management team in Covington, GA. Primary Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single restaurant, overseeing hiring and the management of associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for making each store thrive, supported by a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles of your home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) is required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role involves working in environments with high temperatures from steam and food vapors, standing for prolonged periods (up to four hours), handling hot and cold food preparation with Chinese cook knives and other equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The kitchen is fast paced with high noise levels and limited storage.
