Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single Panda restaurant store by overseeing hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial targets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in driving store success and will receive at least three weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for this responsibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Willingness and ability to work at any location within a 50-mile radius.
• Food Safety Certification, specifically Serve Safe certified.
