Desired Skills and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to transfer to a store location within a 50-mile radius from your home.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
• Certification in food safety (Serve Safe certified).

Working Conditions and Requirements

Work often involves standing for extended periods in hot and confined environments, handling kitchen equipment like Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires efficient multitasking in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are essential.
