Role Overview

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the management of a single store. This role includes recruiting, managing, and directing team members to meet financial targets while ensuring every guest receives superior service. The position requires participation in a comprehensive paid store leadership training lasting three weeks or more to prepare for success.

• Assist in daily store operations management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of the current residence if necessary.
• Availability to work varied shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements, with possible religious accommodations upon request.
• Food safety knowledge with ServeSafe certification.
• Ability to endure physically demanding environments: standing for lengthy periods (up to four hours), lifting up to 50 lbs, working in hot and noisy kitchen settings, and quickly preparing various foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the capacity to handle fast-paced, dynamic work situations and conflict management.
