About the Role

Panda Express is seeking seasoned individuals for their store leadership team. This role involves guiding daily store operations, including recruitment, team oversight, financial target achievement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Candidates can expect structured leadership training and ongoing mentorship to support professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure both financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, lead and supervise store associates to meet operational goals.
  • Participate in a minimum three-week paid store leadership training program to develop management skills and readiness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Willingness to relocate to any store within 50 miles of current residence.
  • Availability to work flexible hours encompassing opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Food safety certification: Serve Safe Certified.

Working Conditions and ADA Statement

The work environment involves standing for extended periods, exposure to heat and steam, operation of kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives, and quick-paced activity requiring accuracy. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and have the ability to work in high noise, limited space conditions with shelving heights to reach. Compensation

The pay range for this role is $26.50 to $29.50 per hour. Actual pay is influenced by factors such as location and experience. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus programs without prior notice and does not guarantee bonus payments.
