Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single store. Your duties include recruiting, leading, and guiding team members to meet financial objectives and deliver outstanding guest service. Success of the store rests on your leadership and ability to manage daily operations effectively. The company provides over three weeks of comprehensive store leadership training to ensure your readiness.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home to another store if needed.
• Willingness to work varied hours including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Current Serve Safe certification for food safety.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements (ADA Statement)

The role involves standing for extended periods, working in hot kitchen conditions with steam and food vapors, handling kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and serving customers at counters up to 36 inches high. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., sustain standing for up to four hours, and manage high noise levels and limited storage spaces. Strong verbal communication, adaptability to dynamic priorities, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
