Role Overview

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with the management and daily operations of a single store. Duties include recruiting, directing, and overseeing team members to meet the store's financial objectives while ensuring exceptional guest service. Candidates will receive a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks to prepare for success in the role.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Serve Safe certification in food safety is mandatory.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with varied shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if necessary.
• Work environment includes standing for long hours and handling kitchen equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy, and warm environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Capable of managing conflicts and challenging situations effectively.
