Store Manager

About the Role

NowXprt is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join one of India's prominent eyewear brands. This role requires a seasoned retail professional skilled in leadership, sales, and customer engagement to drive store performance and uphold exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Boost store sales, improve conversion rates, and meet designated business objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and cultivate the store team to achieve operational goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory and cash management.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Manage staffing schedules, shift planning, and overall store performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct experience as a Store Manager.
• Graduates should have a minimum of 4 years overall work experience.
• Undergraduates must possess at least 6 years of total professional experience.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven capabilities in team management and successful execution of store operations.

Additional Information

• Shift Timings: 10 AM to 10 PM with any 9-hour shift within this window.
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week with rotational days off.
• Job Locations: Amritsar, Patiala, Fazilka, and Karnal.
