About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join its store management team, emphasizing professional growth and personal development within a supportive community. This position focuses on overseeing a single store's operations, including team management and financial goal attainment, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in store operations management, including hiring and directing associates.
• Lead efforts to achieve financial targets and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home as needed.
• Availability to work varied hours including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Certification in Food Safety through Serve Safe.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The role involves standing for extended periods (up to four hours), working in hot kitchen areas with steam and food vapors, handling kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and the capability to manage conflict are essential in this fast-paced, high-noise workspace with limited storage.
