About the Role
The Assistant Manager acts as the primary operational leader on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the General Manager at a fast-food restaurant. The focus is on increasing sales, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards for restaurant cleanliness, and guaranteeing the quality of food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager by overseeing daily operations
- Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve revenue
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective service and responsiveness
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Uphold high food quality standards
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience in quick service (fast food) restaurant environment
- Completion of high school education
- A strong willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally
- Possession of a valid driver's license
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
