Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operations of an individual store. Your duties will encompass recruiting, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. We will equip you for success with a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius as needed
• Ability to work varied schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with business demands
• Certification in food safety such as Serve Safe

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work involves standing for extended periods and operating in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited workspace. Preparation of hot and cold foods, use of kitchen equipment like Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to dynamic priorities, and conflict management skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Compensation Details

The pay range for this position is $27 to $30 per hour, determined by factors such as location and experience. While bonuses may be available, they are not guaranteed and Panda reserves the right to modify bonus programs at any time.
