About the Role
Panda Express invites motivated and experienced leaders to become part of their store management team, championing the growth and success of team members and the store itself. This role involves managing store operations with a focus on hiring, directing, and motivating staff to meet financial objectives, while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing all aspects of store operations including financial goal achievement and associate management. You'll implement leadership skills developed through a paid and structured 3+ week leadership training designed to equip you for success.
Qualifications and Expectations
- A high school diploma is essential.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate stores within a 50-mile radius if required.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts according to business demands.
- Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe is mandatory.
Working Conditions and ADA Notice
Prepare for a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment requiring long periods of standing, use of kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills, adaptability, and conflict management capabilities are crucial.
